Alex discovered his love for photography as a child and from that time forward, a camera was never far from his hand. Studying photography throughout school and graphic design later in college, Alex has always had an appreciation for creative pursuits and getting his hands dirty on a new project.

After finishing his degree in graphic design, Alex started a career in web design while continuing his work in landscape photography on the side. In 2002 while many firms started to feel the pains of the industry slowdown, Alex saw it as an opportunity to further his photography and joined a small portrait studio in Minneapolis.

In 2004 Alex relocated to Phoenix. Since then Alex has become an emerging young talent in Phoenix, Arizona. His work for models is getting increasingly noticed.

Alex has a studio in Phoenix and is currently focusing on editorial beauty, fashion and portraiture. When Alex is not working with models to develop their portfolios, he can be found working on one of his many personal photography side projects.
